Is Britney Hurting Her Children?

When took her two-year-old son Sean Preston shopping on Sept. 21, the frenzy of the paparazzi caused the infant to cry. And this wasn’t the first time the beleaguered pop star has been accused of putting her kids in harm’s way of the media.

And new court papers are raising the question of whether or not Britney has been overly physical with her kids — Sean Preston and one-year-old Jayden James. In the papers, L.A. Superior Court Commissioner Scott Gordon ruled “each party is restrained from using corporal punishment with the minor children and from allowing anyone else to use it.”

And while Brit was known to get physical with ex-husband — “She threw things at him,” one insider reveals to OK! — Would she dare act like that to her own children?
