Back in February, Chyler Leigh said she was going to name her future child Aniston, and now she's made good on that promise, with one slight spelling change: the Grey's Anatomy star and her hubby, actor Nathan West, welcomed a baby girl this morning, and dubbed her... Anniston.

EOnline.com reports that Anniston Kae was born at 7:12 a.m. this morning at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in L.A., at 7 pounds. "Both mother and child are healthy," says her rep.
