David Spade is a Father!

Last week Playboy playmate Jillian Grace gave birth to a bouncing baby girl, and now a representative for funnyman David Spade has confirmed that he is the father!

David's publicist, Meredith O'Sullivan, said Thursday that David plans to visit his daughter on his first break from filming his CBS show, Rules of Engagement.

When Jillian announced her pregnancy in January and named David as the father,  44-year-old comedian admitted that he'd been with Jillian briefly, and would accept responsibility if it turned out the child was his.

Even back then, David had said his plan was to visit the baby during his break from the sitcom.
