Contrary to published reports, the custody battle between Charlie Sheen and ex-wife Denise Richards is not over, the actor's rep confirms to OK!.
“The parties are still working towards a mutually acceptable confidential agreement," Lance Spiegel, Charlie's attorney tells OK!.
Recent reports have stated that the exes have ended their drawn-out feud over their daughters, Sam, 2, and Lola, 1, with Denise, 36, continuing to provide a nanny to monitor the 42-year-old's time with the girls and the couple placing the two girls in therapy. But these reports are "inaccurate," Lance says.

"These discussions have included the issue of whether Charlie will select his own child-care providers," he says. "Recently published reports regarding how that issue has been resolved are inaccurate.”
