Contrary to published reports, the custody battle between Charlie Sheen and ex-wife Denise Richards is not over, the actor's rep confirms to OK!.

Recent reports have stated that the exes have ended their drawn-out feud over their daughters, Sam, 2, and Lola, 1, with Denise, 36, continuing to provide a nanny to monitor the 42-year-old's time with the girls and the couple placing the two girls in therapy. But these reports are "inaccurate," Lance says.
