WITH DIVORCE OVER, K-FED TO CHALLENGE BRITNEY FOR FULL CUSTODY OF CHILDREN

Even though the ink hasn't dried on their seemingly never-ending divorce, a source inside the Britney Spears/Kevin Federline legal fracas reveals to OK! that lawyers for K-Fed plan to head back into court as early as tomorrow (July 31) to seek full custody of the couple's young children, Sean Preston, 2, and one-year-old Jayden James. The lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan is going to claim that Britney failed to meet any of the benchmarks, including attending Alcoholics Anonymous, after finishing her 28-day stint in rehab earlier this year, explains the source to OK!. But Britney's attorney Laura Wasser tells OK! there's no cause for alarm. Custody is always negotiable, Wasser explains, adding that any judgment on custody is still sealed. Britney would like to be with her kids more.As for whether any custody matters were discussed at today's court appearance, Wasser tells OK!, Today we've just finalized the status quo. This judgment gets them divorced. I'm relieved this is over. While the erratic behavior, such as shaving her head in public, flashing her privates and attacking a photographer with an umbrella, that Brit had displayed before entering rehab appeared to have calmed in recent months, the pop star's meltdown last week on an exclusive photo shoot for OK! has had the young singer making headlines once more. For more on Britney, check out the current issue of OK! - on newsstands now!Photo: Wireimage.com
