Chef and TV host Giada De Laurentiis has cooked up her best production yet!
The Food Network star gave birth to a daughter on March 29. Jade Marie De Laurentiis Thompson is the first child for Giada and her husband, Anthropologie fashion designer Todd Thompson.
The 37-year-old excitedly announced her pregnancy in November on the Today show, on which she is a frequent correspondent.
"I can't hold back any longer," she said on air. "Come April, I'm going to be a mom!"

As a cook and a proud Italian, Giada told Redbook in January she’s hoping to pass on the love of food to her daughter, but isn’t putting all her eggs in one basket.
"Watch, I will probably end up with a child who not only doesn't care about food but doesn't ever want to set foot in a kitchen!"
