Despite reports by another tabloid that Jamie Lynn Spears was abandoned by her family and had a sad 17th birthday celebration, OK! sets the record straight.
A pregnant Jamie Lynn and fiance Casey Aldridge spent her birthday shopping for their baby and getting dinner at Ruby Tuesday in MaComb, Miss. on April 4. And despite claims that the two looked solomn and unhappy with one another, eyewitnesses tell OK! "Casey was being goofy and making her laugh."

"She would lean in and kiss Casey. It was adorable!" And don't believe what you hear about them not enjoying some sweets for her birthday — Casey got Jamie Lynn a piece of cake and sang her "Happy Birthday."
When asked how her day was going, the 17-year-old replied, "It's the best birthday ever!"
