In front of a sold-out crowd of screaming fans at NYC's Madison Square Garden on Sunday, Jennifer Lopez ended all the rumors about her apparent baby bump by telling the audience that she is indeed pregnant.
"The place went nuts," one concertgoer tells OK! about the moment, even though her pregnancy has been one of the industry's worst kept secrets. "It was so cool to share in this very personal moment with her."
