Feb. 9 2009, Published 7:38 a.m. ET
In the latest chapter in the feud between Jodie Sweetin and her ex, Cody Herpin, the Full House star has decided to make their legal separation final, and has filed a motion for divorce.
Both Jodie and Cody were in court today, according to TMZ, and submitted clean drug tests. Although Jodie took the first step by filing for separation in November, a judge ruled that she wasn't allowed to be with her 8-month-old daughter Zoie without supervision. Jodie has admitted a past addiction to meth, something she's struggled to overcome.

Jodie and Cody's marriage lasted just over a year, with the former kid star chronicling many of the moments of her life, including her first anniversary, as a special guest OK! blogger. A lot has changed since then:
"What I really want to do this weekend though is find some time with Cody to just be a 'couple' for a few hours," she blogged on July 12, days before her anniversary. Having a new baby definitely changes things — in a wonderful way of course. But there is some adjustment!"
