It's Official and it's war! Kevin Federline wants his kids back from ex-wife Britney Spears. OK! has exclusively confirmed that Kevin's attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan filed an Order to Show Cause (legalese for requesting a court hearing) on behalf of his client just before 5p.m. today in Los Angeles. The matter at hand? Although it was only two weeks ago that Kevin agreed to a 50/50 custody split with Britney for their sons Sean Preston and Jayden James, Brit's behavior has made the concerned dad want his children full time. Custody matters are routinely sealed in Los Angeles, but sources tell OK! Kevin is asking the court to hear his request as fast as possible and that he intends to request sole legal and physical custody of the boys, with Brit getting visitation. Ironically, that's exactly what he wanted when he initially agreed to Britney's divorce petition last November.
