Tina Yothers Welcomes a Son

has expanded her Family Ties.

The 34-year-old Celebrity Fit Club champ gave birth to her second child, son Jake, at 6:08 a.m. on Monday in Orange County, Calif. The tyke weighed a healthy 8 lbs 8 oz.

Tina and her husband Robert Kaiser are already parents to Lilly, 23 months, and Robert’s twin sons from a previous marriage. The couple has been married since 2002.
