Jude Law is a happy father of six after welcoming his first child with his new wife, psychologist Phillipa Coan.

The actor, 47, confirmed the news to Jimmy Fallon on Monday’s at-home edition of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. When the host asked what the Contagion actor has been up to in quarantine, he comically responded: “I had a baby. So there you go.”

He added: “It’s really wonderful. We feel pretty blessed that we were in a time where we could, as a family, just nest and enjoy each other’s company and every day as it came.”

However, he said that welcoming a baby during the COVID-19 pandemic was “an unusual but kind of enforced love-in.”

While this is the blonde beauty’s first child and the couple’s first child together, Law is also a dad to five other kids — daughters Iris, 19, Sophia, who turns 11 this month, and Ada, 5, as well as sons Rafferty, 23, and Rudy, 18 — from previous relationships.

The happy couple tied the knot in April of last year at The Old Marylebone Town Hall in London after previously dating for four years.

Coan, 32 — who founded the company Stride, which focuses on employee engagement and behavioral change, and works to apply “psychology to tackle climate change,” as explained in her Twitter bio — revealed the news of their first child’s arrival in May when she and the Sherlock Holmes star were on a walk together in London, with her baby bump on display.

“He and Phillipa are blissfully happy together and delighted to add to their family. Everyone is really excited for the new arrival,” a source dished to DailyMail in May.

The Oscar nominee first married Sadie Frost, 54, in September 1997 after meeting on the film Shopping. They had three children together — Rafferty, Iris and Rudy — before splitting in October 2003.

The BAFTA Film Award winner went on to get engaged to Sienna Miller — after meeting on the film Alfie in 2003 — one year after his split from his former wife. While the former love birds called it quits after The Young Pope actor had an affair with his kids’ nanny, the actors rekindled their romance in 2009 before officially ending things in 2011.

Between their initial breakup and reunion, the Fantastic Beasts star welcomed his fourth child, Sophia, with Samantha Burke and his daughter Ada with Catherine Harding.
