Jewel Weds Rodeo Champ

It was country-meets-Caribbean at the wedding of platinum-selling singer Jewel and rodeo champ Ty Murray on Thursday at a private ceremony in the Bahamas.

The pair met in 1999 and have been living together on their sprawling ranch in Stephenville, Texas. Ty was recently featured in the video for Jewel's single, "I Do."

When OK! recently caught up with Jewel, she couldn't stop gushing about her bullriding beau. "He’s a standup guy in a world of flakes," she told OK!'s Red Carpet Confidential blog. "He has honor, means what he says, does what he means, he’s like the real John Wayne. I like that."
