Congratulations to Mandy Moore and alt-rocker Ryan Adams!
The couple are engaged, Moore's rep, Jillian Fowkes, confirms to E! News.
The duo began dating quietly in Dec., 2007, but weren't outed until March. In July, Adams released a statement regarding their, blaming the spotlight surrounding Moore, 24.
Around this time, Moore flew to the side of her ex-boyfriend DJ AM following his tragic plane crash. They but the flame fizzled by the end of December.

News of Moore's reunion with Adams broke last week, when he posted a photo of the two of them together on his blog. The picture, taken during Sundance, has since been removed.
The Because I Said So star has dated her fair share of high profile guys, including Wilmer Valderrama, Andy Roddick and Zach Braff. Her next album, Amanda Leigh, is set for release in May.
