Tony Files Suit Over Cheating Claims

Dec. 20 2007, Published 10:00 a.m. ET
According to an item on TMZ.com, Tony Parker, who has spent the last week fending off claims from a French model that she began a torrid affair with the basketball star shortly after his July wedding to actress Eva Longoria, has taken his defense beyond mere denials and into the courthouse, as the San Antonio Spurs star has filed suit against the photo agency that originally reported the story.
The suit, which seeks a reported $20 million in damages, alleges that the agency in question "had to know" that the story, which quoted French beauty Alexandra Paressant's claims of a carnal affair with Tony, "was false, or at the very least, it had to have entertained serious doubts about the credibility of its supposed source." Just this week, the NBA MVP told OK! that he had never even met the model.
