Has Kate Middleton been bonding with her future father in law? Sources close to Prince William and his gorgeous girlfriend tell OK! they are "closer to an engagement than ever" after the possible princess was photographed with William's pop Prince Charles during a recent hunting expedition at the Queen's Balmoral estate in Scotland.
The 25-year-old future King did not join them on the trip but Kate, wearing camouflage gear and gators, was seen laying on the ground holding a rifle and chatting with Charles on the scenic 50,000 acre grounds.

According to those inside the Royals sphere, spending time with Charles one on one is a significant step towards Kate being accepted into the Royal family as William's fiancée. The lovebirds have been dating for four years, though they briefly split in April.
