In a sneak peek clip Catelynn Lowell, Tyler Baltierra, Maci Bookout, Taylor McKinney, Amber Portwood, and Matt Baier all have a barbecue while on vacation in Puerto Rico, without the kids!
Luckily, the cast members have each other backs when it comes to struggling with postpartum depression. After Cate admitted to having more kids, the heartbreaking topic came up. Maci admitted to struggling after her second child, Jayde Carter. Cate, more publicly, struggled with postpartum after giving birth to her second daughter with Tyler, Novalee.

As seen on 16 & Pregnant, Cate and Tyler gave their first daughter, Carly, up for adoption. "I could have been super selfish and brought her home and not give a f*** about her future." After walking away, Tyler admitted of his wife, "She gets bothered by Carly. She tries to be happy, but it bothers her bad." Adding, "She has a lot of guilt.
