Richard Hatch's pursuit of becoming the next Celebrity Apprentice may be over. Richard, who won $1 million on the first season of Survivor, has reportedly been ordered to surrender today to begin a 9-month prison sentence for not paying taxes on his Survivor prize money.
According to TMZ, Richard filed a request to "delay his surrender until he could get his business affairs in order," but today a judge denied his request. As a result, Richard needs to surrender by noon to U.S. Marshals.

Most of this season's Celebrity Apprentice has been taped, but the finale is still a couple of months away.
If Richard makes the final 2, Donald Trump will have to make a very difficult decision about the contestant.
If Richard is in the slammer, we doubt he will be allowed to continue his duties on the reality competition.
