Britney Spears returned home on Thursday, April 25, from a wellness center after completing treatment for mental health issues.

The 37-year-old was picked up by her boyfriend Sam Asghari after checking out of the California health facility. The couple were spotted heading to her home in Thousand Oaks.

An insider revealed to Us Weekly that the pop star "feels rejuvenated."

The "Toxic" singer entered the facility on April 3 amid her father Jamie Spears' failing health. He underwent a surgery earlier this year for a ruptured colon.

Just a day after she arrived at the center, her ex-husband Kevin Federline sent well wishes for her healthy return. "Kevin commends Britney for recognizing that she needs to take a step back and that she is taking reasonable steps to dealing with her situation in a responsible way,” Kevin’s attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan told Entertainment Tonight “He wishes everyone well.”

The mother of two posted an Instagram video just several days ago and gave fans an update on her health condition.

Britney said in the video on Tuesday, April 23, “All is well. My family has been going through a lot of stress and anxiety lately, so I just needed time to deal."

She also left the treatment facility for a brief period on Sunday, April 21, to celebrate Easter with her family. She left with Sam and the two went to the Montage hotel in Beverly Hills.

The Crossroads star admitted in another IG vid on April 24 that stress has been causing her to lose weight.
