Jordan Ward — We already knew Jordan is expecting her second child (news that came after the finale special was taped), but Jordan confirmed that she married baby daddy Brian. Jordan's twin sister, Jessica, came on the show to explain how Jordan's pregnancy impacted their relationship. Jessica revealed that she's the first in her family going to college and Jordan seems a bit jealous.

Jennifer Del Rio — Jennifer confirmed that she has a restraining order against her baby daddy, Josh. Her father came on the show and said he wished he had been more involved. Jennifer said she is now considering going on birth control.

Danielle Cunningham — Danielle's relationship with her baby daddy Jamie was described as "rocky," but when the show was originally filmed, they were together. Danielle's mother Casey, who was also a teen mom, came onto the show and apologized for not raising her daughter the right way.

Taylor Lumas — Taylor is still with Nathan despite all their arguing during their show. Their daughter Aubri had to have surgery to have a tumor removed from her lung, but she's doing well now. Taylor's mother, Debi, wanted her daughter to give up her baby for adoption, but she now loves Aubri and even babysits when Taylor is in school.

Jamie McKay — Jamie and her baby daddy Ryan are not together. They have made a custody agreement in which Ryan sees their daughter, Miah, once a week for an hour at a supervised center. He claims he did not cheat on Jamie but met someone new immediately after they broke up. He tried to defend missing his daughter's birth. Jamie's mother took responsibility for now allowing her daughter to go on the pill.

Cleondra Carter — Cleondra described her relationship with Kylee's father, Mario, as a "hot mess." The couple doesn't get along, but Mario reminded Cleondra that at least he's a teen dad who has stuck around. Cleondra said she doesn't have much time to spend with Mario because she works and goes to school.

Kayla Jackson — Kayla and Mike have broken up and Kayla now lives with her father instead of her mother. Kayla, who suffered an eating disorder, had heated arguments with her mother, Deb, who often spent much of her time with her boyfriend. Deb said she's sorry and could have done a better job to help her daughter. Mike said he misses the "cheerful girl he met and fell in love with" and Dr. Drew suggested that Kayla get her eating disorder in check.

Kianna Randall — Kianna wears a ring from Zak (engagement or promise, they didn't say) and the two said they are committed to raising their son Kay'den. Both are planning to go to school and get a job.

Izabella Tovar — Izabella and Jairo are engaged. Izabella thanked her parents for helping her take care of Enrique, and she made it through her interview without crying!

Allie Mendoza — Allie and Joey are not together and Allie said she plans on graduating from high school and going to a four-year college in New Jersey, where her mom lives, or Texas, where her dad lives. Joey hadn't seen Aydenn since Allie left, but Dr. Drew had Allie's mother, Lauren, bring him out on the show. Joey's mother was not on the show, but his grandmother, who got along with Allie, was there. Dr. Drew suggested she mediate their visitations.
