Welcome to the Family. 8:30pm on NBC. This show is basically like the funny version of 16 & Pregnant, where two families have to work together when their kids get pregnant right after high school graduation. Mike O'Malley plays the girl's dad!

Sean Saves the World. 9pm on NBC. Sean Hayes, aka Jack from Will & Grace, is back with his very own show, where he plays a single father juggling his career with taking care of his teenage daughter. Hopefully it's funny.

OK! News: Which Real Housewife's Husband Landed His Own Show?

Scandal. 10pm on ABC. Olivia Pope will be dealing with her own PR nightmare in the season 3 premiere, so that'll be interesting.

The Originals. 9pm on The CW. Klaus, Elijah and a few other Vampire Diaries characters head to this TVD spin-off which takes place in New Orleans and revolves around the original vampires to ever exist.
