This morning, rumors spread like wildfire that Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson had died in a car crash.

Longtime fans of Fiddy can exhale: The rapper is alive and well — but perhaps a little beat up after a car collision on the Long Island Expressway late last night.
A Mack truck reportedly rear-ended the rapper's SUV, landing the entertainer on a stretcher and in a hospital in Queens for testing on his back and neck. The truck driver was also admitted to the hospital and told police he lost control of his vehicle.
