Perhaps 50 Cent should start censoring his Tweets. The rapper took to his Twitter this weekend and instead of joining fellow celebrities in voicing support to Japan, he joked about the 9.0 magnitude earthquake and subsequent tsunami that wreaked havoc on the island nation last Friday.

"Wave will hit 8am them crazy white boys gonna try to go surfing," he first Tweeted Friday morning, followed by, "Look this is very serious people I had to evacuate all my hoe's from LA,Hawaii and Japan. I had to do it. Lol."

Soon after, 50 tried to redeem himself, Tweeting, "Nah this is nuts but what can anyone do about it. Let's pray for anyone who has lost someone."

But his Tweets of support didn't last long, as he continued to post insensitive remarks: "Man they made a movie about all this 2012 now you think that was a lucky guess."

He then defended himself with, "Some of my tweets are ignorant I do it for shock value. Hate it or love it. I'm cool either way 50cent."

As of today, 2,000 bodies have been found on the Miyagi Coast in Japan, and up to 10,000 are feared dead, the Huffington Post reports. The nuclear power that runs much of the country continues continues to see plant explosions, leaving many others at risk.
