NEWS98 Degrees to Reunite! Nick Lachey, Drew Lachey, Justin Jeffre and Jeff Timmons Back Together!

Longtime fans of Nick Lachey — before he was Mrs. Jessica Simpson — can rejoice. Today he announced on Ryan Seacrest's radio show that he and the rest of 98 degrees — brother Drew, Justin Jeffre and Jeff Timmons — plan to reunite for one performance at this year's Summer MixTape Fest 2012 in Hersheypark Stadium in Hershey, Penn.

"I think we've all been lucky in the 11 years since we last performed together to go on and do stuff individually," Nick told Ryan.
"But there really is nothing like coming together as a unit, as a group, as a band, on the stage, and I think we all miss that. We all miss the rush of being onstage together, performing together, and certainly the fans have kind of been clamoring for it, so it just felt right," he said. "We always said we were not broken up, we were just taking a break."

The festival, which also includes performances from Kelly Clarkson, New Kids on the Block and more, runs Aug. 17 and 18. Single-day passes go on sale June 22 at 10 a.m. at mixtapefestival.com.
