Aaron Carter Gets Strep Throat; Still Heartbroken Over Sister Leslie Carter's Death

Leslie Carter suddenly passed away a few weeks ago, and from the looks of it, the shock is still setting in for her brother Aaron.

According to GossipCop, despite returning to an Off-Broadway production of The Fantasticks after taking a leave of absence, he has been diagnosed with strep throat. 

Last night on Twitter, he alluded to the tremendous pain over her death as a possible reason why he's sick. He Tweeted, "Still missing my sister and now getting over the shock of her death. It might have made me sick at this point. #RIP #LeslieCarter ;("

The Tweets didn't stop there! Aaron got pretty deep and added: "Life is precious & fragile u don't realize it until u go through an experience like I have recently with my sister. Choose life. Not drugs.."

Considering his illness has sidetracked him for the time being, Aaron looks forward to getting back onto the stage very soon. He wrote, "Doing my best to recover...miss you guys!!"
