Adam Levine insists there isn't fierce competition between the judges on The Voice, but admits there is some serious bickering going on between him and Christina Aguilera!

"I keep telling everybody that we’re friends and we’re not competing with each other at all," Adam told reporters at the live taping of The Voice in Burbank, Calif., on Tuesday. "Of course not! Our teams, yes. So we are competitive because we want our teams to succeed."
But Adam will admit he and Christina "bicker like brother and sister," right?
"You mean, treats me like a human punching bag? Is that what you meant to say?" Adam joked with OK!.
"No, no, no," he added. "She’s just, we’re all emotional and excited and really into the show, so it just kind of flares up sometimes. But there’s no harm, no foul."

But Adam is excited about the show too, and knows exactly what he's looking for in an artist.
"I think supreme confidence because you got to kind of deliver what you’re doing in a convincing way," he explained. "You know, it’s not about one thing. Some people are great singers and some people are great performers, kind of put those two things together and grow someone."
