Adrian Grenier Confronts the Cameras at 'Teenage Paparazzo' Premiere

Adrian Grenier's documentary, Teenage Paparazzo, is all about the relationship between celebrity and society and Adrian gave a demonstration at the film's L.A. premiere. Adrian hit the red carpet at the Pacific Design Center Silverscreen Theater in West Hollywood on Tuesday in front of the kid that started the whole film — and OK! has a cameo in the flick as well!
