Looking studly as always, Adrian Grenier met up with a mysterious lady friend for lunch in L.A. yesterday. The Entourage star had a pretty huge year in 2010. Last year, Adrian debuted one of his biggest projects ever: His very own documentary Teenage Paparazzo. The movie premiere last September and has had some serious celeb attention. Kim Kardshian, Kristin Cavallari and Ashton Kutcher all played a part in helping this movie come to life — and so did OK!

Adrian has still been busy keeping up with filming Entourage and having fun enjoying the success of Teenage Paparazzo. The documentary is on HBO and has been recognized at the Sundance Film Festival too! Some of OK!'s very own talented staff even appear in the footage. Very cool!
