Ali Larter Finally Confirms Sex of Her Baby!

Ali Larter already may have slipped the sex of her baby while promoting Resident Evil: Afterlife, but the actress finally decided to make an official announcement about the sex of her first child with husband Hayes MacArthur on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon on Thursday night.

"I was trying to keep it private, but we're having a boy!" she told Jimmy. "I have a little penis inside of me."

Ali definitely has the motherly glow, and it must be difficult for her to dress up for appearances and promote her new flick.

Despite her state, she managed to make it to Tokyo last Friday for a press conference!

“I’m just super pregnant and each moment I want to take off another piece of clothing,” she told FOX 411 .
