Alicia Keys Takes a Spin at Co-Producing Broadway Show

New mommy Alicia Keys can add a new title to her already illustrious repertoire: Broadway co-producer! The bestselling singer is set to co-produce Stick Fly, a new show for the Great White Way. Find out more after the jump!

According to the BBC, the 30 year-old was "passionate" about taking on the project because it "portrays black America in a way that we don't often get to see in entertainment." The comedy will open in early December and features an affluent family that convenes at Martha's Vineyard during a weekend.

Alicia stated, "This is a story that everybody can relate to." She added, "I know it will touch all audiences who will find a piece of themselves somewhere inside this house."
