Dr. Drew Pinsky's alleged stalker, Charles Pearson, has been charged with the felonies of one count of stalking and five counts of making criminal threats.

Pearson, the man accused of stalking Dr. Drew, is set to be arraigned this afternoon and prosecutors will try to have the bail set at $400,000, TMZ reports.
The man allegedly sent Dr. Drew threatening messages via the Internet including threats to the lives of Dr. Drew's children.
