Just a few weeks after ending her long-term relationship with Cy Waits, Oxygen reality star Paris Hilton was spotted getting super cozy with Hangover Part II director Todd Phillips over the Fourth of July weekend in Malibu. On Thursday, best pal and World According to Paris co-star Allison Melnick exclusively dished to OK! on the heiress’ hot, new catch, admitting that she is very "happy" for the starlet.
“Paris has a special somebody right now,” Allison, 40, revealed to OK! while out at the Shay Todd L.A. Flagship Store Grand Opening event and confirmed again that, “Cy and her broke up.”

Although the club owner admitted to being very protective over, “my little sister,” she did tell OK! that Paris’ new beau, whom Allison didn’t name specifically, get’s the coveted stamp of approval.

“Love, love, love him! Very happy,” Allison gushed to OK! before grabbing a 28 Black Acai cocktail at the bar.

Despite moving on to a new relationship rather quickly, Allison explained that whether the 30-year-old, “is single or with someone, she is always the same, fun Paris!”
But when it comes to walking down the aisle, Allison has no clue if Nikki Hilton, in a long time relationship with David Katzenberg, or her socialite sister will be first to say their vows.

“Definitely not me,” Allison joked to OK!, “I don’t know. Nikki and David are very much in love, but they are happy with the way that things are.”
