OK! NEWS: AMANDA BYNES ARRESTED FOR DUI
Yesterday, Amanda Bynes was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs (related to her arrest on April 6), according to The Hollywood Reporter.
At the time, she was accused of sideswiping a police car while attempting to make a right turn. She reportedly refused to take a Breathalyzer or drug test on the scene.

Well, after her hearing, Amanda Tweeted her thoughts and also asked the president himself to step up to the plate! She wrote, "Hey @BarackObama... I don't drink. Please fire the cop who arrested me. I also don't hit and run. The end."
It looks like the DUI incident isn't the only driving issue the actress has faced lately. As she was texting, Amanda backed over a curb and in another instance she held up traffic while trying to do a three-point U-turn, and sideswiped another car.
