Amanda Bynes Pulled Over in Los Angeles Despite Having a Suspended License

Sheesh. It has been reported that Amanda Bynes was pulled over in L.A. again Sunday, at 9 a.m.

Police impounded her BMW after learning that she has a suspended license; she was also ticketed for this offense, according to GossipCop.

Of course, this is just the latest in a seemingly endless series of driving incidents for Amanda, who has also been charged with two counts of hit-and-run. It all began back in April, when she was arrested for DUI after hitting a police officer's car.
