Before the sisters dedicated their Mother's Day win to their mom with a promise "it's time to give back to her," they crossed the finish mat in Miami thereby bolstering their big win! Just goes to show you don't have to win every leg to win the show, just the one that matters. They hadn't won a leg the entire season except for the giant tricycle ride across the Seven Mile Bridge in Florida!
Perhaps it was redemption for the siblings who endured a pool fiasco in season 14 (as in, Jen's pit stop in Beijing ousted them from fourth place and consequently, the competition), as indicated by E! Online.
