Is 'American Idol' Increasing its Judges Panel to Four Seats? Is Nicki Minaj Filling One of Them?

It will certainly be interesting to see what the next American Idol judges' panel looks like, considering all the drama surrounding its formation. Rumors are swirling about the possible increase in judges' seats to four, and every week, it seems like a new celeb is being touted as possibly filling one of them. The latest — Nicki Minaj.
So far, the only definite judge is Mariah Carey, and producers reportedly want to bring some latin, country and hip hop flavor into the mix. Nicki would obviously take care of the latter. There is one small (well, large) problem though — Nicki is currently the face of Pepsi, and Coca-Cola has sponsored Idol since season 1.

As for those other seats, The Hollywood Reporter has named Keith Urban and Enrique Iglesias as possibilities, but don't forget that Nick Jonas recently announced he was being considered for a seat, and it is still unclear what role Randy Jackson will have in the show's 13th season.
