NEWS'America's Best Dance Crew' Judge Charged with Child Molestation

MTV's America's Best Dance Crew Judge Shane Sparks has been arrested and charged with eight counts of child molestation, TMZ reports. He is being held on $590,000 bail.
Shane was arrested by the LAPD this morning on a felony warrant charging him with molestation.
According to the criminal complaint, Shane allegedly committed the crimes of lewd acts upon a child beginning in 1994 and continuing for several years.
The criminal complaint charged Shane with eight incidents of alleged molestation with an underage girl. The complaint was filed by the L.A. Country Disctrict Attorney's office.
The alleged acts include oral copulation and other acts "with the intent of arousing, appealing to, and gratifying the lust, passions, and sexual desires of the defendant, who was at least 10 years older than the victim."
Shane was arrested at his North Hollywood home.
