Amy Winehouse is putting that beehive of hers to good bad use!
Britain's The Sun is reporting the troubled singer attacked a good samaritan earlier this week--giving him a headbutt for trying to hail her a cab outside London's Bar Tok.
Scotland Yard is now looking into the 38-year old London man's claim. If Amy is arrested, she could face a $4,000 fine and up to six months in the slammer.
Amy is no stranger to the court system. Her husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, is currently in jail in London for perverting the course of justice and assault charges. But, don't count these two out yet, the pair, who celebrate their one year anniversary next month, have reportedly been offered a book deal.
