Amy Locane-Bovenizer, former Melrose Place star, has been indicted on charges of aggravated manslaughter and assault by auto.
According to TMZ source, a grand jury in Somerset County, N.J. indicted Amy Thursday afternoon.
Back in June, the actress reportedly hit the side of another car, which killed the woman in the front seat.
Amy reportedly told cops she had several glasses of wine before she drove.
Now, the 39-year-old faces 10 to 30 years behind bars for the manslaughter charge and five to 10 years for the assault by auto charge.
Blair Zwillman, Amy's attorney, told TMZ he was "surprised" by the aggravated manslaughter charge saying, "I don't believe it is supported by the law or the facts and I think it constitutes over-reaching by the prosecutor's office."
