Amy Ryan's Office hours are expanding.

The Oscar nominee is set to return for at least five episodes of The Office this fall, reprising her role as Human Resources Manager Holly Flax, Variety reports.

Amy won over fans -- and nearly Michael Scott's (Steve Carell) heart -- in the season four finale, when she was brought in to replace the departing lovelorn and woeful Toby Flenderson (Paul Lieberstein).

"I don't know what they're going to do with the character," Amy says. "But as it was written, there's certainly a lot of potential. It's a funny thing to enter a show that you're a great fan of -- and it's nice to tell lighter stories. I love the dark, grittier side of life, but it's nice to take a break from that, put a skirt on and brush your hair."

Paul, also a writer on the Emmy-winning series, dropped off-camera to work behind-the-scenes and was recently promoted to executive producer.

Amy, who scored an Oscar nod for her work in Gone Baby Gone this year, may already get recognized for her one-episode stint on the series. The 37-year-old was submitted in the Guest Actress in a Comedy Series category at the Primetime Emmy Awards. Nominations are announced July 17.
