Amy Winehouse Arrested for Assault

Amy Winehouse can't keep her hands to herself. The Rehab singer has been charged with assault resulting from a mysterious incident at a theater over the weekend, TMZ reports. Amy did the right thing in time for the holidays, turning herself in to the one of England's largest police forces, Thames Valley Police, today. 

Amy isrequired to return to court January 20 for her sentencing.

The songstress was also charged with common assault back in March over an alleged incident during the End Of Summer ball in London’s Berkeley Square in September 2008.
