There's no place like home for troubled singer Amy Winehouse, and after six months relaxing and recuperating from her various ills in the sun in St. Lucia, the "Rehab" star is back in ye old England to face assault charges.
Amy returned 10 days before she's scheduled to face a court appearance regarding an incident last year where she allegedly assaulted Sherene Flash after the Berkeley Ball. She'll go before the Westminster Magistrates Court on July 23.
