As for his first impression of Blake? Well, considering he caught him kissing Amy in the middle of a crowded bar and then found out he did cocaine, he was less than pleased.

Throughout the tales, such as hearing that Blake didn't even call Amy after she got her stomach pumped in 2007, Mitch said one of the straws that broke the camel's back came down to a text message.
