So after months of deliberation, her fortune has been left to her loving parents, Mitch and Janis, meaning her troubled ex-husband Blake Fielder-Civil, who is currently in jail for buglary, doesn't get a penny.
Amy's estate at the time of her death was worth about $4.66 million, all of which her parents will inherit.
"Had she made a will, Blake may have well been left something — not cash, perhaps an investment," a friend of the late singer tells The Sun. "Amy still loved him when she died."

Amy married Blake in May 2007 and divorced him in August 2009. Her father Mitch blames Blake for introducing his daughter to heroin and cocaine, which may have led to her premature passing.
