With six kids running around the house (or mansion, chateau, estate, what have you), it's no wonder Angelina Jolie has needed time to take care of her growing family. But now the busy mom says she's ready to get back in front of those movie cameras again.

"I have had a year off, and I may work for a few months," she told reporters at last night's 14th Annual Critics' Choice Awards at the Santa Monica Civic Auditorium. Even if Angie does pick up a new film project, don't expect her to stick around for long after that.
''But if I do, I'm probably going to take another year and a half or two. I'm going to work a lot less.''
Partner Brad Pitt has also been busy, filming Inglorious Bastards with Quentin Tarantino and promoting The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, so perhaps it's his turn to mind the nest awhile.
Both parents will have a packed schedule in the coming months, as Angie and Brad are each up for numerous awards.
