Anna Nicole's Ex Sues Against Her Estate

Just two weeks after Howard K. Stern filed a claim against the late Anna Nicole Smith's estate, another one of her ex-lovers has done the same.

According to a story on CelebTV.com, Mark "Hollywood" Hatten filed papers with the Los Angeles Superior Court earlier this week against the blonde bombhsell's fortunes. If granted, Mark, who's currently serving an eight-year prison term for threatening Anna, in addition to other things, will receive access to all of her finances.

This isn't the first time the former flame has tried to stake his claim. Mark has already sued Howard, Anna's estate executor, for $100 million.

Howard himself filed a claim two weeks ago, stating he is entitled to six percent of Anna's estate, which could potentially balloon up to millions after distribution from her late ex-husband's, oil tycoon J. Howard Marshall, riches.
