True Blood's resident mind-reading fairy covers the August issue of Redbook (sans baby bump) and chats with the magazine about landing the role of Sookie Stackhouse and what it's like filming love scenes with a tall sexy Swedish man when your husband's on set.
OK! NEWS: ANNA PAQUIN REVEALS BABY BUMP AT TRUE BLOOD PREMIERE
Anna married co-star Stephen Moyer (the two are expecting their first child this fall), and while the storyline originally had the two embroiled in a steamy romance, later seasons had her character entwined with bad boy vampire Eric Northman (Alexander Skarsgård).
True Blood doesn't skimp on nudity or salaciousness, so does the onset sex ever get... awkward?
"Steve and Alex are buddies. It's nothing like, 'Oh, hi, nice to meet you. Now take off your clothes and go into the fog.' Everyone is respectful of each other's boundaries ... They're all very gentlemanly about it."

That being said, Anna knew her role required uber-sex appeal so before landing the role she "went out and bought some incredibly short shorts and a push-up bra...fake it to make it."
She and Stephen married in August of 2010 and recently announced the arrival of their first child this fall. As for settling down, Anna is a little bipolar on the whole issue.
"I have a side that's very nesty," she says. "And another that thinks, 'Let's lock up the house and go away for five months.'"
