Being a busy actress means Carrie Diaries star AnnaSophia Robb needs to look her best at all times.

Still, like many women, life gets in the way of looking polished 24/7.
What’s her quick fix?
“I try to get a manicure—sometimes I can’t squeeze that in, so I’ll do it myself,” the 20-year-old beauty says with a laugh during the Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Present Legends event at Barclays Center in Brooklyn. “Actually, I always do my nails myself. I never get manicures because I can’t sit around long enough.”

How does she do it herself and make it look good at the same time?
“I’ll paint one hand, and then I’ll keep doing stuff while that hand dries, and once it dries, I‘ll paint the other hand, so I can keep doing stuff,” she says. “Good tip!”

The low-maintenance star also drinks “lots of water” and doesn’t get facials.
What has she learned, style-wise, from playing the younger version of Sex And The City’s iconic Carrie Bradshaw?
“I feel like I’ve been better at accessorizing and mixing and matching patterns,” AnnaSophia says. “But that’s not really from Carrie, that’s from the show's stylist Eric Daman. laughs”
