Anne Hathaway to Perform 'Cabaret' Tunes in NYC

Before Anne Hathaway belts out some tunes in Les Misérables this December, she'll hit NYC with a one night performance!

In a statement according to Broadway, the Oscar nominee indicated, "I am delighted to reunite with The Public for this special night to celebrate the theater's rededication, and support its mission to spread great theater to all the people of New York (tourists are welcome, too)."

On October 24, she'll perform at Joe's Pub and proceeds will benefit the revitalization of the Public Theater's downtown location. Instead of singing songs from Les Miz, the New Jersey native will perform songs from the musical Cabaret.

Maybe there will be some surprise guests from Hollywood and Broadway, too? She plans on welcoming famous friends from both the stage and screen to join her in the special concert!
