Anne Hathaway already has her British accent down, so is there a royalty movie role in her future? The Oscar nominee, who braved a British accent in her current film One Day, said she would be happy to portray the Duchess Catherine if the role presented itself.
"I haven't really thought about it before, but yes, why not?" she told The Sun, via CBS, at the One Day premiere Tuesday night at London's Westfield Shopping Center, adding, "She's great. It's such a fairy tale."
Prince William and Kate's royal romance has been featured in two made-for-TV movies: Lifetime's William & Kate, which aired in April, and the upcoming flick from the Hallmark Channel William & Catherine: A Royal Romance, which premieres on Saturday.
As far as a Hollywood adaptation, nothing has been announced.
